Arya News - PSG face uncertainty in the goalkeeping position, with LOSC Lille’s Lucas Chevalier emerging as a target, though Barcelona are also looking to challenge for the promising young keeper.Gianluigi Donn...
Spanish outlet Fichajes reports that Barcelona have recently added Lucas Chevalier to their shortlist of goalkeeper targets. Sporting director Deco is actively searching for a new No. 1, and Chevalier has emerged as a serious candidate.
Still, Barcelona will need to be strategic to make a deal work financially, which could mean offloading one or two players to free up funds. Lille are reportedly seeking between €35 million and €40 million (around £33.5 million or $45.5 million), a price tag currently beyond Barcelona’s budget.
Chevalier, one of the standout keepers in Ligue 1, is said to be open to a move if a “serious offer from Spain” arrives—most likely from Barcelona. That, however, hinges on whether Deco can generate the money needed to make a formal offer.
