Tehran, March 31 (Arya News Agency) – Iman Shamsai, the head of the Center for Communications, Media, and Cultural Affairs of the Parliament, has firmly denied reports claiming the resignation of 43 members of parliament.
In a statement addressing the rumors, Shamsai remarked, "It seems the so-called 'lie of 13' has now been replaced by the 'lie of 11.' There is no truth to these claims of resignation. I personally reached out to the two representatives mentioned in these rumors, and they unequivocally dismissed them as baseless."
The denial comes in response to a social media post circulated earlier, alleging that 43 members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, reportedly affiliated with the Paydari Front, had resigned en masse.
